Easter in Italy is celebrated with all variety of traditional food like Easter bread made from cheese, sausage, and adorned with egg, spinach pies, artichokes, fava beans, while each region and city has its own Easter customs and traditions in Italy. Easter in Rome is celebrated with Roman soup made from beef and lamb thickened with egg, while Easter lamb in Rome is prepared with an egg and lemon sauce which is everyone's favorite. Easter in Naples is enjoyed with the family Pastia recipe, a baked macaroni pie. Easter in Sicily tradition food includes Riso Nero di Pasqua, black risooto made from choocolate.
